Heading to Vernon for my Grandfathers memorial. I know he had a long life, it's just sad he is gone. It is also upsetting that he passed not due to "old age" but cancer.
I haven't had much sailing stuff going on for a couple weeks. I have been trying to put together a little training class for us all, but the first run at it was way to dry and boring. So I'm going to have us all take the little "quiz" from a book I found in a used bookstore (Sell Up and Sail) so we can gauge a little better why it is we want to do this or even IF we want to do this. Their little test calculates what they refer to as the "Ulysses Quotient" and asks questions about work, life, hobbies etc. I did it a few years ago, but I think it will be good for us all to go through.
Liking the idea of something can be far different than actually living the idea. This should be a good place to start.
